Bella Vista Ranch offers a unique blend of serenity and adventure nestled atop a beautiful mountain in Costa Rica. During my stay, I found the value of this location hard to overlook. Mark and Anabelle, the lovely owners, create a welcoming atmosphere, and the meals were both delicious and affordable, especially after spending a day exploring. While the facilities are quite basic, the untouched natural beauty surrounding the property, from the stunning views to the birdlife, adds significant charm. I recommend arriving with a 4x4, as the trek to the bungalows can be quite steep. The outdoor garden area and picnic tables are perfect for enjoying the fresh air, and there's convenient free parking available. Plus, the local hiking and rafting options truly enhance the experience. Bella Vista offers great value for those seeking a peaceful retreat without sacrificing adventure.
